Manchester United Treating Fans Like Idiots

First, there was the Roy Keane prawn sandwich jibe. Now, you have Alex Ferguson comparing the Theatre of Dreams to a funeral parlor. Then one of their fan clubs' leaders accused the club of being a 'police state'.

Why didn't anyone use the appropriate term - Sex Club?

Well, ok, they didn't exactly have the party at Old Trafford. Anyway, after accusations of being a 'police state', a United spokesman has refuted these allegations with the claims that, in four games prior to the Christmas period, there were only a total of 3 fans who were ejected. So, "Any suggestion of an ejection policy for persistent standing is simply not borne out by the facts.".

Yes, and everybody can see the logic behind that argument.

The fear instilled by a 'police state' would have been struck deep into the fans' minds. I would say that with only 3 fans ejected, it obviously shows how fantastic the Old Trafford stewards have been doing their jobs.
