0' - Game kick offs with Spurs

1' - Some early possession play from Spurs all comes to naught.

2' - Free kick for Chelsea on the left hand side outside the penalty box. Cole takes it. Spurs player heads it out but referee spots a push by CHelsea player. Free kick to Spurs.

6' - Game is a bit scrappy with Spurs forcing the pace.

7' - Belleti tricks his way down Spurs right hand wing and sends in a great cross... with no one in the box.

9' - Cole sends in another cross down the right but Spurs clears. Spurs with a fast break with Lennon with the cross cut out in the box. Corner to Spurs.

10' - Corner cleared safely by Chelsea.

11' - Malouda whips in a nice cross from the left but Wright Phillips just misses it.

12' - Wright Phillips full of aggression as he clips Spurs player and gets penalised for it.

14' - Cole sends in another cross and Spurs player clears but crowd howls for a penalty suspected clearing with hand but it was just a shoulder used.

16' - Chelsea is starting to take control of the game with quick attacking possession but Spurs are dealing with crosses quite comfortably.

17' - Another great cross sent in by Belletti but Ledly King clears for a corner.

18' - GOALLLLLLL! Belletti picks up the cleared corner on the right, takes a few strides and cracks in a great strike from outside the box and beats Cerny on his near post! Chelsea 1 Spurs 0.

22' - Lennon evades Carvelho and sends in a wicked cross which was just missed by Berbatov.

22' - Boateng gets a yellow card for pulling down Cole as Joe went past 4 Spurs tackles.

24' - Pizarro still not finding his feet so far. Dribbles to the corner and out of the field.

28' - Chelsea allows SPurs possession but the away team cannot do much with the ball, giving it back to Chelsea each time.

29' - Lennon whips in a diagonal ball which was shot in by O' Hara and brilliant save by Cech!

32' - Boateng shoots from well outside the box which goes wildly over the bar.

34' - Anelka not on the field remember. He will certainly play a part later in the game if Pizarro continues to flatter to deceive.

35' - Tackle from behind on Berbatov by Carvelho. Free kick outside the box. But O'Hara sends it out for a goal kick. Spurs are crap.

Note that Ramos has played all the players he wants out of the club - Chimbonda, Lee etc.

36' - Chelsea attacks again but Wright Phillips sends in a shot deflected for a corner. Corner cleared and back to Cech.

39' - Cole concedes a free kick with a messy challenge on Malbranque.

40' - Ashley Cole concedes a free kick after losing the ball in a foraging run down the left.

41' - Another cross whipped in from the right by Cole after a jinking run but wasted once again without anybody in the box.

42' - Ballack puts the ball into the net but offside ball from Malouda.

Some score updates - Arsenal leading 1-0. Liverpool losing (again) 1-0.

43' - Great ball into the box for Wright Phillips who was ready to shoot but cleared by King. Goal kick tho' as linesman rules otherwise.

45+1' - Chelsea free kick. Cole punts a long ball in, cleared to Pizarro whose shot is blocked. Referee blows for half time of a game largely free flowing but without too many clear cut chances. Back after half time.

46' - Second half kicks off with Chelsea looking to maintain a stranglehold on the game.

46' - Wright Phillips sends in a nice curling cross from the right but Dawson clears it over the bar.

47' - Corner cleared by Boateng. Chelsea wasting their corners.

47' - Ball sent into the ball to Ballack. Danger! But ref blows for offside...

49' - Cole shoots from just outside the box after a four man marauding attack down the middle by Chelsea. Comfortably gathered by Cerny.

51' - Berbatov sweeps into the box but well challenged by Carvelho. Then Malbranque uproots Wright Phillips with an ugly ugly challenge but gets only a yellow card.

53' - Chelsea fans in full voice today. The stadium reverberates with their cheers!

Score update - Arsenal 1-1. Liverpool 0-1.

56' - Free kick for Chelsea as Malbranque once again brings Malouda down. But ref Riley lets him go one more time without a booking.

57' - Makelele commits similar foul and he gets a yellow card!

57' - Anelka finally comes on! In place of Pizarro and with fans cheering for his first game for the club.

59' - Anelka nearly scores! Carvelho goes down the right, passes square to Wright Phillips who backheels a clever little ball to Anelka, who then turns and volleys before Cerny makes a nice save!

62' - Spurs nearly scores with the penetrative cross by Chimboda just missed by Berbatov.

63' - Corner for Spurs as O Hara forces one. But Cech collects the cross well.

66' - Ballack loses the ball outside the box and O Hara picks it up sends in a cracking shot for a corner.

67' - Ballack brings down Lennon just outside the box with a rash challenge. Free kick to Spurs!

69' - After a long prep for the free kick, Berbatov ends all anticipation by sending his free kick over the wall... and over the bar.

Score Update - Arsenal 1-1. Liverpool scores with Torres long shot outside the box 1-1.

71' - Another forage into the Spurs penalty box but fine pass to Cole in the box was wasted as Spurs tackles and clears.

74' - O Hara drops Wright Phillips and gets a yellow card for his troubles.

75' - Another free kick wasted by Chelsea as Belletti launches it high into the box... and Cerny collects.

76' - Another Ramos reject, Jermain Defoe comes on for O Hara.

77' - Lennon gets into the act and gets a yellow card for tripping Ashley Cole.

80' - GOAALLLLLL! Wright Phillips thunders it into goal from just outside the box after a square pass from Cole! Chelsea 2-0!

81' - Spurs look dire as they send another long punt into Chelsea box, except that it sails high and wide out for a goal kick.

83' - Kaboul comes on for Spurs, while Malouda leaves with Wayne Bridge coming on in place for him.

If scores stay the same, Arsenal will face more pressure from Chelsea.

86' - Cech sweeps the ball off Keane's feet. Comfortable comfortable game for the Chelsea keeper today.

88' - Wright Phillips breaks from midfield and just squeezes his shot wide off the post.

89' - Spurs corner headed over the bar but no danger again. Looping header by Dawson.

90' - Anelka swivels a shot onto the underside of the bar which bounces out! Unlucky.

93' - Defoe deflects his team mate's free kick for a Chelsea goal kick. Yes, that's how bad Spurs are.

94' - Cole just sends a little shot wide off the post - corner for Chelsea which is cleared.

95' - Ref finally ends Spurs' misery by blowing for full time.
