Manchester United Players Love Prostitutes

After Wayne Rooney, Rio Ferdinand and a whole list of players, Ronaldo seems intent to be top of the list not only for scoring goals, but also for scoring prostitutes. The flying Manchester United winger cum striker was spotted once again hiring and bedding prostitutes, this time in Rome after a recent FA Cup tie, and had 2 in a row to boot, perhaps in line with the number of goals he usually scores per match. Now if he makes hat tricks a habit, would it be three time swopping with friends?

Obviously, his girlfriend and fiance isn't too amused and if not for the money like Rooney's, I suspect this relationship wouldn't last at all. Which girl would want to risk contracting diseases from a boyfriend that habitually sleeps with call girls?

Now the strange thing is that Ronaldo keeps flying each game. It must be the vigour of youth that allows him to have so much energy. Highly doubtful he uses steroids like so many MLB athletes such as presumably Roger Clemens, who's still going at 45. Will Alex Ferguson slap a fine on the young player, or restrict it to a private discussion? After all his hopes of a back to back EPL title and possible second Champions League crown rests on the shoulders of his young prodigy. For all of Ferguson's famed hairdryer treatment, he has been known to show favoritism to his best players. A mix of the hard and soft, if you will.

Of course, this isn't a problem restricted to Manchester United. I faintly remember our own Jamie Carragher who dog pounded one lass many years ago in another famous Christmas party. It's nice he has matured into a proud Englishman but the relative lack of club success at Liverpool compared to Manchester United players might have been a factor. After all, the more you win, the more famous you become, the more popular you are and the more it attracts football groupies. I would understand too why players are more inclined to hire social escorts - the risk of being accused of rape would be much lower since you paid for the romp in bed. And they have loads of cash to spend. Then again, didn't Ferdinand hire for the party?

As soccer players have shown time and again, money corrupts absolutely. Not saying that players from other leagues do not indulge in such escapades but the English Premier League players might learn well to be more discreet. Ronaldo is idolised by millions of youngsters, and not just little boys, but girls swoon over his looks. Such behaviour is intolerable and it is hopeful that Ferguson would do something to right this.
